以 NaOH 为辅助试剂,利用室温机械研磨结合超声振荡和滴注法,在硅基底上将普通商业锌粉制备成了针状纳米 ZnO 薄膜,并对其物相结构、形貌和光致发光光谱进行了表征.研究了 NaOH 浓度、锌粉机械研磨时间、碱性试剂类型、基底类型等对针状纳米ZnO 生长的影响并提出了其生长机理.研究表明,0.036 mol/L的NaOH、锌粉研磨时间1 h、(111)取向的Si 基底,最适宜生长高长径比的针状纳米 ZnO 结构,所制备的薄膜具有良好的光学性能,对于纳米光电子器件的发展具有参考意义.

Assisted by NaOH,we synthesized needle-like ZnO films by drip method on Si substrate.The start-ing materials are commercial zinc powders prepared by vibration milling at room temperature and successive ul-trasonic treatment.And we analyzed the phase structure,morphology,and photoluminescence (PL)perform-ance of the films and studied the effect of the concentration of NaOH,milling time of Zn,type of alkali solution and the type of substrate on the growth of needle-like ZnO nanostructures.We also explored the growth mecha-nism of the nanostructures.The results show that the best conditions to synthesize needle-like ZnO are:concen-tration of NaOH is 0.036 mol/L,milling time of Zn is 1h and the substrate is Silicon with (111)orientation. The PL spectra demonstrate that ZnO films have excellent optical property.Our results may provide references for the development of nano-optoelectronic devices.
