能源转型已成为全球关注的重大命题和国家发展的重要战略，是我国实现绿色发展的重要举措。当前，我国能源发展存在的问题主要体现在能源供求矛盾、能源结构问题、能源利用效率和能源管理体制机制上。文章针对能源产业粗放增长和“黑色增长”提出了能源产业绿色转型概念，其内涵特征是能源结构清洁化、能源使用高效化和能源技术低碳化；在总结国外能源产业转型实践经验基础上，提出能源绿色转型的三维分析框架，并从能源的全生命周期、能源利益相关者共赢和能源绿色转型能力建设三个角度提出了我国能源绿色转型的对策建议。

Energy transformation has become a global concern of major issues and the important strategy of na‐tional development ,which also is the important measure to realize green development in China .At present ,the existing problems in the development of China’s energy are mainly manifested in the contradiction between en‐ergy supply and demand ,energy structure ,energy efficiency and energy management systems and mechanisms . The concept of energy industry green transformation in view of black growth and extensive growth of the ener‐gy industry is put forward .The energy industry green transformation characteristics are clean energy struc‐ture ,high energy use efficiency ,and low‐carbon energy technologies .On the basis of summing up the experi‐ence of foreign energy industry transformation ,the three‐dimensional analysis framework was developed .And from the three angles of energy of full life cycle ,energy stakeholders win‐win and green energy transformation capacity building ,the countermeasures of green energy transformation in China were proposed .
