目的:研究小鼠创伤/感染皮肤中组织蛋白酶C的表达及意义。方法:15只C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为健康对照组、单纯创伤组和创伤合并感染组(n=5);除对照组外,其他两组均在各小鼠的脚掌皮肤表面制备创伤及感染模型,采用苏木精-伊红染色技术、免疫组化染色观察小鼠皮肤中组织蛋白酶C的表达情况;所得结果用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:在小鼠创伤或感染的皮肤中组织蛋白酶C的表达量明显上调,主要表达于炎性免疫细胞、上皮细胞以及血管内皮细胞,对照组上皮内无阳性表达,仅结缔组织内有少量阳性细胞;半定量分析显示:单纯创伤组和创伤合并感染组的组织蛋白酶C表达强度相似(P>0.05),且均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:组织蛋白酶C与上皮局部的炎症或免疫防御有着密切的联系。

목적:연구소서창상/감염피부중조직단백매C적표체급의의。방법:15지C57BL/6J소서수궤분위건강대조조、단순창상조화창상합병감염조(n=5);제대조조외,기타량조균재각소서적각장피부표면제비창상급감염모형,채용소목정-이홍염색기술、면역조화염색관찰소서피부중조직단백매C적표체정황;소득결과용SPSS 20.0통계연건진행통계분석。결과:재소서창상혹감염적피부중조직단백매C적표체량명현상조,주요표체우염성면역세포、상피세포이급혈관내피세포,대조조상피내무양성표체,부결체조직내유소량양성세포;반정량분석현시:단순창상조화창상합병감염조적조직단백매C표체강도상사(P>0.05),차균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:조직단백매C여상피국부적염증혹면역방어유착밀절적련계。
AIM:To investigate the expression of cathepsin C in traumatized and infected mouse skin. METHODS:15 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control,trauma and infection groups(n=5).The skin of mouse paw was traumatized with or without infection.Then cathepsin C expression was observed by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.Image Pro Plus analysis software and SPSS statistic analysis software were used to ana-lyze the results.RESULTS:Cathepsin C expression in mouse skin of trauma and infection groups was significantly up-regulated,and it was mainly expressed in epithelial cells,inflammatory cells and vascular endothelial cells.In control group,no positive expression was found in endothelial cells and positive expression was found only in a small a-mount of connective tissue cells.Semi quantitative analysis showed that the expression of cathepsin C in trauma and in-fection groups was similar (P>0.05),but was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).CONCLU-SION:Cathepsin C may play an important role in local inflammation or immune defenses.
