建立了山楂片中苏丹红的薄层色谱-紫外可见分光光度测定方法.实验条件:展开剂为正己烷:丙酮:乙酸乙酯=100:6:8,检测波长:苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别在474 nm,488 nm,503 nm,510 nm 检测.此方法中苏丹红Ⅰ-Ⅳ号标准工作曲线的线性方程分别为 AⅠ=0.0464C +0.0031,RⅠ=1;AⅡ=0.0568C +0.0081,RⅡ=0.9999;AⅢ=0.0507C +0.0033,RⅢ=1;AⅣ=0.0236C +0.0012;RⅣ=1.线性范围分别是1-60μg/ mL,最低检出限分别为0.02μg/ mL、0.02μg/ mL、0.04μg/ mL、0.06μg/ mL,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ回收率平均值分别为97.17%,98.00%,97.67%,95.05%.本方法设备使用方便,操作简单,且精密度和灵敏度好,准确度高,是一种简便可行的方法.

A novel method of detecting Sudan in Haw Flakes is established by using the thin layer chromatog-raphy and the ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry. The reagent is hexane:acetone:ethyl acetate = 100:6:8,the detection wave length of SudanⅠ - Ⅳ is 474 nm,488 nm,503 nm,510 nm,respectively. The linear equations of Solvent RedⅠ - Ⅳ are the AⅠ = 0. 0464C + 0. 0031,RⅠ = 1;AⅡ = 0. 0568C + 0. 0081,RⅡ = 0. 9999;AⅢ =0. 0507C + 0. 0033,RⅢ = 1;AⅣ = 0. 0236C + 0. 0012;RⅣ = 1,all the linear ranges are from 1 to 60 μg / mL,the lowest detection limits are 0. 02 μg / mL,0. 02 μg / mL,0. 04 μg / mL,0. 06 μg / mL. Finally recovery rates of Su-danⅠ - Ⅳ are determined,the average values are 97. 17% ,98. 00% ,97. 67% ,95. 05% . This method is a simple and feasible,which has the advantages of using the convenient equipment,simple operation,good preci-sion and sensitivity,and high accuracy.
