针对农林高职院校学生的特点，采用教学实验法来研究拓展训练对农林高职院校学生软实力的影响。结果表明：在拓展训练课时总数一致的情况下，长、短期拓展训练有利于提升农林高职院校学生的软实力，长期拓展训练对学生软实力提升较短期拓展训练的效果更明显。农林高职院校应根据不同专业学生特点，制定不同拓展训练方案，应将拓展训练引入到人才培养方案中。
針對農林高職院校學生的特點，採用教學實驗法來研究拓展訓練對農林高職院校學生軟實力的影響。結果錶明：在拓展訓練課時總數一緻的情況下，長、短期拓展訓練有利于提升農林高職院校學生的軟實力，長期拓展訓練對學生軟實力提升較短期拓展訓練的效果更明顯。農林高職院校應根據不同專業學生特點，製定不同拓展訓練方案，應將拓展訓練引入到人纔培養方案中。
침대농림고직원교학생적특점，채용교학실험법래연구탁전훈련대농림고직원교학생연실력적영향。결과표명：재탁전훈련과시총수일치적정황하，장、단기탁전훈련유리우제승농림고직원교학생적연실력，장기탁전훈련대학생연실력제승교단기탁전훈련적효과경명현。농림고직원교응근거불동전업학생특점，제정불동탁전훈련방안，응장탁전훈련인입도인재배양방안중。
According to the characteristics of students ,we study the influence of Students'soft power of outward tralning.The results show that the long and short -term outward tralning is conducive to enhance the soft power of students,long -term out-ward tralning of effect is more obvious on students'soft power promotion than the short -term in expanding the total number of tralning hours.Agriculture and Forestry higher vocational colleges should do the different outward tralning programs of the dif-ferent characteristics of students of different majors and put the outward tralning into the tralning program.
