目的：探讨影响急性进展性脑梗死患者疗效的相关因素。方法选择180例急性进展性脑梗死患者，给予常规治疗，评定疗效，观察性别、年龄、血压、血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原水平、血小板计数等对急性进展性脑梗死患者治疗效果的影响。结果血压异常患者中治疗无效病例所占比例高于血压正常患者，血糖水平异常的无效病例所占比例高于血糖水平正常患者，血脂水平异常患者治疗无效病例所占比例高于血脂水平正常患者，纤维蛋白原水平异常患者中治疗效果无效病例所占比例高于纤维蛋白原水平正常患者，血小板计数异常患者中的无效病例所占比例高于血小板计数正常患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血压、血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原水平、血小板计数对急性进展性脑梗死患者治疗效果有影响，应及时处理上述因素，改善患者预后。

목적：탐토영향급성진전성뇌경사환자료효적상관인소。방법선택180례급성진전성뇌경사환자，급여상규치료，평정료효，관찰성별、년령、혈압、혈당、혈지、섬유단백원수평、혈소판계수등대급성진전성뇌경사환자치료효과적영향。결과혈압이상환자중치료무효병례소점비례고우혈압정상환자，혈당수평이상적무효병례소점비례고우혈당수평정상환자，혈지수평이상환자치료무효병례소점비례고우혈지수평정상환자，섬유단백원수평이상환자중치료효과무효병례소점비례고우섬유단백원수평정상환자，혈소판계수이상환자중적무효병례소점비례고우혈소판계수정상환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론혈압、혈당、혈지、섬유단백원수평、혈소판계수대급성진전성뇌경사환자치료효과유영향，응급시처리상술인소，개선환자예후。
ObjectiveTo explore the influential factors of clinical effect of patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 180 cases with acute progressive cerebral infarction were selected and given conventional treatment, the efifcacy was evaluated,the gender, age, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, ifbrinogen, platelet count on cerebral infarction treatment effect of acute progress was observed.Results The proportion of invalid cases in patients with abnormal blood pressure was higher than that in patients with normal blood pressure, the proportion of invalid cases in patients with abnormal blood sugar level was higher than that in patients with normal blood sugar level, the proportion of invalid cases in patients with abnormal blood lipid level was higher than that in patients with normal blood lipid level, the proportion of invalid cases in patients with abnormal ifbrinogen level was higher than that in patients with normal ifbrinogen level, the proportion of invalid cases in patients with abnormal platelet count was higher than that in patients with normal platelet count,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The factors of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, ifbrinogen level and platelet count shadow effect the prognosis of patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction, the factors was treated timely, and which may improve the prognosis.
