For the unique characteristics of water resources in arid areas, we discussed the basic concepts, principles and methods of the volume of surface water resources can be used in Wusu , as well as the development and utilization of water resources. The existing problems and its countermeasures were raised, this provides a basic reference for the rational ex-ploitation and utilization of regional water resources and effective protection.
