目的:观察Vitapex、氢氧化钙、MTA对外伤后牙髓坏死年轻恒牙根尖诱导闭合、根尖封闭的疗效。方法:选择外伤后牙髓坏死的年轻上颌中切牙62例(根尖均为喇叭口状,根形成1/2~2/3)进行回顾性临床研究,其中Vitapex根尖诱导封闭35例,氢氧化钙根尖诱导封闭22例,MTA根尖诱导封闭5例,追踪2年观察根尖闭合情况。结果:2年内Vitapex组均可见内聚和钙化根尖闭合;氢氧化钙组中13例根尖钙化闭合,但钙化物的致密度低于Vitapex组,9例在3个月内出现根外吸收;MTA组3个月均可见根尖明显钙化物沉积。结论:Vitapex、MTA作为牙髓坏死年轻恒牙根尖成形闭合诱导剂效果优于氢氧化钙。

목적:관찰Vitapex、경양화개、MTA대외상후아수배사년경항아근첨유도폐합、근첨봉폐적료효。방법:선택외상후아수배사적년경상합중절아62례(근첨균위나팔구상,근형성1/2~2/3)진행회고성림상연구,기중Vitapex근첨유도봉폐35례,경양화개근첨유도봉폐22례,MTA근첨유도봉폐5례,추종2년관찰근첨폐합정황。결과:2년내Vitapex조균가견내취화개화근첨폐합;경양화개조중13례근첨개화폐합,단개화물적치밀도저우Vitapex조,9례재3개월내출현근외흡수;MTA조3개월균가견근첨명현개화물침적。결론:Vitapex、MTA작위아수배사년경항아근첨성형폐합유도제효과우우경양화개。
AIM:To observe the apex closure effects of Vitapex,calcium hydroxide and MTA in the treat-ment of injuried permanent maxillary incisors with pulp necrosis.METHODS:62 injuried young permanent maxillary incisors with pulp necrosis were treated by apexification with Vitapex (n=35),calcium hydroxide (n=22)and MTA (n=5 )respectively and were followed up for 2 years.RESULTS:In Vitapex group all cases showed apex closure.In calcium hydroxide group,13 cases showed apex closure but the density of calcified tissue was less as compared with that in Vitapex group at 24 m follow-up,apex resorption was found in 9 cases.In MTA group,all 5 cases showed dep-osition of calcified tissre at apex.CONCLUSION:Vitapex and MTA are effective for apexification in the treatment of injuried young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis.
