目的:评价System B &Obtura Ⅱ高温热牙胶垂直加压充填和冷牙胶侧压充填根管的致密度。方法:收集新鲜拔除的完整单根管上、下颌前磨牙30个,随机分为两组(n=15),分别用热牙胶垂直加压法及冷牙胶侧压法进行根管充填后,硬组织纵剖面切片,光镜观察根尖、根中、根上1/3处根管充填的致密度,计算牙胶充填面积百分比,评价两种根充方法的根充致密度。结果:根尖1/3根充面积(%)热垂压(95.6±1.7)显著高于冷侧压(84.4±2.5)(P<0.05);根中1/3根充面积冷侧压(93.6±3.1)显著高于热垂压(90.2±1.4)(P<0.05);根上1/3处根充面积冷侧压(97.4±3.4)与热垂压(98.3±2.3)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:热牙胶垂直加压法较冷牙胶侧压充填法可获得更好的根尖充填致密度。

목적:평개System B &Obtura Ⅱ고온열아효수직가압충전화랭아효측압충전근관적치밀도。방법:수집신선발제적완정단근관상、하합전마아30개,수궤분위량조(n=15),분별용열아효수직가압법급랭아효측압법진행근관충전후,경조직종부면절편,광경관찰근첨、근중、근상1/3처근관충전적치밀도,계산아효충전면적백분비,평개량충근충방법적근충치밀도。결과:근첨1/3근충면적(%)열수압(95.6±1.7)현저고우랭측압(84.4±2.5)(P<0.05);근중1/3근충면적랭측압(93.6±3.1)현저고우열수압(90.2±1.4)(P<0.05);근상1/3처근충면적랭측압(97.4±3.4)여열수압(98.3±2.3)무현저차이(P>0.05)。결론:열아효수직가압법교랭아효측압충전법가획득경호적근첨충전치밀도。
AIM:To evaluate the root canal obturation effects of warm gutta-percha vertical comdensation and cold gutta-percha lateral condensation techniques.METHODS:30 extracted human teeth with single root were randomly divided into two groups(n =15 ),the canals were instrumented and filled with System B &Obtura Ⅱ by warm vertical condensation and cold lateral condensation respectively.The roots were sectioned vertically and were ob-served under light microscope for the evaluation of filling density.The percentage of gutta-percha filled area (PGFA) at apical,middle and cervical parts of the root canals was measured using an image analysis soft ware.RESULTS:The PGFA(%)of the apcial area in warm vertical condensation group and cold gutta-percha lateral condensation group was 95.6 ±1.7 and 84.4 ±2.5 (P<0.05),in the middle area 90.2 ±1.4 and 93.6 ±3.1 (P<0.05),in the cervical area 98.3 ±2.3 and 97.4 ±3.4(P>0.05)respectively.CONCLUSION:Warm vertical condensation produced sig-nificantly higher PGFA in the apical part of root canal than cold lateral condensation technique.
