在文献回顾的基础上，界定了高校辅导员职业价值观的概念，通过深度访谈形成这一概念的构成维度，以1000位辽宁、吉林、湖北、河南、云南、广东等省的高校辅导员为样本，通过问卷调查建立高校辅导员职业价值观量表，并利用t检验、方差分析等统计方法分析了目前我国高校辅导员价值观的现状。研究发现：高校辅导员职业价值观共有社会认可度、成就感、物质报酬、智力刺激（创新性）、人际关系、利他主义（奉献性）、安全感等7个维度，量表具有较好的信度和效度；在辅导员性别、婚姻状态、年龄、工作年限、学历构成等方面职业价值观差异显著。

In this study ,the occupational values of college counselors were defined on the basis of literature re‐view .1000 college counselors from different universities in Liaoning ,Jilin , Hubei , Henan and Guangdong provinces w ere selected at random and the scale of college counselor occupational values w as established by questionnaire survey .Statistical methods of t‐test and variance analysis were employed to examine the current situation of occupational values in China college counselors .There are seven factors in this scale ,including de‐gree of social recognition ,sense of accomplishment ,material reward ,intellectual stimulation ,interpersonal re‐lationship ,altruism and sense of safety .The scale was tested and verified showing that it has good reliability and validity .The results indicated that counselor occupational values were different significantly in gender ,ma‐rital status ,age ,years of working and education background .
