针对某学校柔性制造技术教学环境的构建需求，提出了基于教学实训的柔性制造系统。面向车削中心、立式加工中心、工作站、有轨运输车、无轨运输车、缓冲站以及装卸站等主要部分开展了系统平面布局设计；研究了构成教学实训柔性制造系统的加工、物流和控制3个子系统及具体构成；分析了生产计划与调度技术；开发了包括甘特图、作业计划、计划接收以及完工上报等模块的软件系统；并从经济性与功能性2个方面讨论了系统的优点。

In view of the requirements for teaching environment,the flexible manufacturing system based on teaching and training was proposed in the paper.Aimed at the turning center,vertical machining centre,workstation,rail guided ve-hicle,automated guided vehicle,buffered station,flexible transport truck,loading and unloading station and so on,the sys-tem layout was designed.This system contains three parts including processing subsystem,transmitted subsystem and con-trol subsystem.The subsystems and their composition were researched.The production planning and scheduling system were implemented,and the software system was developed which included Gantt chart,job planning,plan reception,com-pletion report etc.Finally,the paper dealt with the advantage from two aspects of economy and functionality.
