探讨学生标准化病人(Standardized Patient ,SP)在口腔医学实践教学中的作用,选取口腔医学院高年级四个班120名本科生作为研究对象,并随机选取其中两个班60名学生采取学生 SP教学模式,另外两个班60名学生采取传统教学模式,调查内容包括:教学态度与效果、医患沟通能力评价、学生对学生 SP 反馈信息评价、病例分析和理论考试测评等;学生 SP 组在实践教学效果认知态度上和医患沟通能力均明显高于讲授组,且差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);学生 SP组病例分析成绩明显高于讲授组,且差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);学生 SP组对学生SP的应用持较高的满意度;将学生SP引入口腔医学实践教学,口腔医学生可系统、全面的了解口腔医学临床技能的操作,改善其临床思维模式,并有效提高与医患沟通的能力。

This paper aims to investigate the effect of students standardized patients in practical teach‐ing of dental medicine .A total of 200 students were selected from four classes in senor grades of School of Stomatology .One half from two classes was randomly selected to receive students standardized patient teaching mode ,the other half receive traditional teaching mode .The survey included the attitude and effect of teaching ,evaluation of doctor-patient communication ability ,evaluation of students standardized patient's feedback information ,cases analysis and theoretical examination ,etc ..The students standardized patient group were significantly higher than those of teaching group in aspects of cognitive attitude to the effect of practice teaching and doctor -patient communication ability and results of cases analysis(P<0 . 01) .The students standardized patient group held a high degree of satisfaction with the application of students standardized patient .Introducing the students standardized patient to practical teaching of dental medicine could make dental medicine students systematically and comprehensively understand clinical skills operations of dental medicine improve their clinical thinking model and effectively advance the ability of doctor-patient communication .
