目的:探讨血清肿瘤相关物质(TAM)在乳腺癌患者血清中的临床应用价值。方法选择200例受试者,其中乳腺癌患者114例,乳腺良性病变者86例,采用TAM试剂盒测定血清TAM含量,分析检测血清TAM对乳腺癌的诊治价值。结果与正常对照组相比,乳腺癌患者血清TAM测定值有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗前与患者进行相应的手术、化疗等治疗后,自手术日算起6个月随访,TAM测定值相比无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);各期乳腺癌的TAM含量及阳性率相比无统计学意义,但TAM含量与乳腺癌的分期有关,Ⅲ期最高,原位癌最低。结论测定血清肿瘤相关物质(TAM)有助于早期诊断乳腺癌及判断分期,但对乳腺癌的早期随访无明显意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum tumor-associated substances(TAM) concentration for breast cancer patients.Methods 200 subjects which include 114 cases of breast cancer patients and 86 cases of benign breast lesions were chosen to measure serum TAM by TAM kit, analysis of serum diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer TAM value.Results Compared with normal control group, the serum of patients with breast cancer TAM measured values were signiifcantly different(P<0.05); patients before and after treatment with the appropriate treatment of surgery, chemotherapy and so on. Counting from the day of surgery 6 months follow-up, TAM measured values There was no statistically signiifcant(P>0.05); TAM content and the positive rate of breast cancer was not statistically signiifcant, but TAM content and breast cancer staging,Ⅲ of the highest, lowest in situ.Conclusion Serum tumor-associated substances(TAM) contribute to early diagnosis of breast cancer and judgment stage, but the follow-up of early breast cancer had no signiifcant meaning.
