加速产教融合，校企合作为加速现代地方本科高校教育体系发展和建设必然趋势，为地方本科高校改革成为应用技术型的大学，构筑应用型的师资团队有力手段。凭借推进市场主导，行业组织与政府主导这三类校企合作的模式，坚持教育链与产业链互相协调，构筑校企合作的利益共同整体，是具有深远意义与战略性意义的。基于此，本文以江苏省为例，从校企合作模式下韩语专业实训基地建设思路，成效，现存问题与思考等几个角度提出自己的一些观点，希望凭借校企合作这股东风，推动江苏乃至全国应用技术型地方本科高校韩语专业实训基地建设可以合理有效运行下去。

To accelerate the integration of production and education,school -enterprise cooperation will quicken the modern education system,which is an inevitable trend of development and construction for the reform of local application of technology-based undergraduate colleges.It is applied to build a team of teachers with a powerful tool.With the advance of market guid-ance,industry organizations and government -led these three school -enterprise cooperation models,the adherence to the edu-cation chaln and industrial chaln coordination with each other and the establishment of a common overall interests of school -enterprise cooperation is of far -reaching and strategic significance.In this paper,as the basis of Jiangsu Province,it puts for-ward views from several angles of construction ideas,achievements,existing problems and thoughts for other Korean majors tralning base on the model of school -enterprise cooperation in Jiangsu province and even in China.It wishes to take advantage of school -enterprise cooperation to promote the Tralning Base Building school -enterprise cooperation model for the Korean major of applied technology -based higher colleges and make it run reasonably and effectively.
