目的：分析肱骨近端骨折保守治疗和手术治疗的临床效果。方法将我院收治的68例肱骨近端骨折采取随机分组，分为保守组34例，手术组34例。保守组采用保守治疗方法，手术组采用手术切开复位固定的方法，比较术后两组患者的生活受限制程度、总体疗效和进行骨折端影像学检查的结果。结果治疗后，保守组生活不受限制人数16例，总体疗效的优良率为79.41%，骨折端影像学检查结果的优良率为85.29%；手术组生活不受限制人数28例，总体疗效的优良率为85.29%，骨折端影像学检查结果的优良率为73.53%。结论保守治疗法和手术治疗法下，对患者的总体疗效基本持平，但手术治疗法治疗的患者在日常生活中不受限制的程度要优于保守治疗法治疗的患者，保守治疗法治疗的患者进行骨折端影像学检查的结果要优于手术治疗法治疗的患者。

Objective To analyze conservative treatment and surgical treatment of proximal humeral fractures of the clinical effect.Methods Our hospital 68 cases of proximal humeral fractures by random grouping, divided into group of 34 cases, conservative surgical group 34 cases. Conclusion Conservative therapy and surgical therapy for patients with the overall efficacy of flat, surgical therapy treatment of patients in dally life unlimited degree is superior to conservative therapy to treat patients, patients with conservative therapy treatment for fracture of imaging examination result is superior to surgical therapy for patients.
