目的：对阴道超声联合腹部超声在子宫腺肌病中的诊断价值进行讨论。方法选取我院妇科2012年7月至2014年7月4250例子宫腺肌病患者，患者入院后均采用腹部超声检查，记录腹部超声检查的疾病检出率；而后采用阴道超声联合腹部超声检查，记录患者疾病检出率，对两种方式的检出率进行比较。结果经腹超声诊断明确的有3290例，占比例的77.41%；误诊、漏诊960例，占比例的22.59%。联合检查方式诊断明确的4163例，占比例的97.95%；误诊漏诊87例，占比例的2.05%，两种检测方式的疾病检出率存在明显差异，P＜0.05。经腹超声检测出的子宫动脉指数、搏动指数、血流量情况与联合检查存在明显差异，P＜0.05。结论阴道超声联合腹部超声在子宫腺肌中的检出率非常高，能够提升疾病的检出率。

목적：대음도초성연합복부초성재자궁선기병중적진단개치진행토론。방법선취아원부과2012년7월지2014년7월4250례자궁선기병환자，환자입원후균채용복부초성검사，기록복부초성검사적질병검출솔；이후채용음도초성연합복부초성검사，기록환자질병검출솔，대량충방식적검출솔진행비교。결과경복초성진단명학적유3290례，점비례적77.41%；오진、루진960례，점비례적22.59%。연합검사방식진단명학적4163례，점비례적97.95%；오진루진87례，점비례적2.05%，량충검측방식적질병검출솔존재명현차이，P＜0.05。경복초성검측출적자궁동맥지수、박동지수、혈류량정황여연합검사존재명현차이，P＜0.05。결론음도초성연합복부초성재자궁선기중적검출솔비상고，능구제승질병적검출솔。
Objective Discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Methods Choose 4250 cases of uterine adenomyosis of our hospital’s department of gynecology between July 2012 to July 2014. For patients with abdominal ultrasound examination after admission, record disease detection rate of abdominal ultrasonography. Then use vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound, record the detection rate of the disease,and compare with the detection rate of the two methods.Results Exactly diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound has 3290 cases, the proportion of 77.41%;misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis 960 cases, the proportion of 22.59%. Exactly diagnosed by the joint inspection has 4163 cases, the proportion of 97.95%; 87 cases of misdiagnosis, the proportion of 2.05%. There are obvious differences between the two detection methods of disease detection,P<0.05.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the detection rate of adenomyosis is very high, and can increase the detection rate of the disease.
