目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清白细胞介素‐37（IL‐37）水平的变化及其相应的临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法测定74例SLE患者和51例健康者（对照组）血清IL‐37水平，比较SLE患者和对照组IL‐37水平，分析SLE患者IL‐37水平与白细胞介素‐6（IL‐6）水平、α干扰素（INF‐α）水平、补体C3、补体C4、SLE疾病活动度指数（SLEDAI）的相关关系，检测糖皮质激素治疗前后14例SLE患者血清IL‐37水平。结果与对照组比较，SLE患者血清IL‐37水平明显升高，差别有统计学意义；SLE患者血清IL‐37、IL‐6及INF‐α水平存在正相关关系，但与C3、C4、SLEDAI无显著相关；14例SLE患者经过糖皮质激素治疗后，其IL‐37水平显著降低。结论 SLE患者血清IL‐37水平高于健康人；经过糖皮质激素治疗后，SLE患者的血清IL‐37水平下降。

목적：탐토계통성홍반랑창（SLE）환자혈청백세포개소‐37（IL‐37）수평적변화급기상응적림상의의。방법채용ELISA방법측정74례SLE환자화51례건강자（대조조）혈청IL‐37수평，비교SLE환자화대조조IL‐37수평，분석SLE환자IL‐37수평여백세포개소‐6（IL‐6）수평、α간우소（INF‐α）수평、보체C3、보체C4、SLE질병활동도지수（SLEDAI）적상관관계，검측당피질격소치료전후14례SLE환자혈청IL‐37수평。결과여대조조비교，SLE환자혈청IL‐37수평명현승고，차별유통계학의의；SLE환자혈청IL‐37、IL‐6급INF‐α수평존재정상관관계，단여C3、C4、SLEDAI무현저상관；14례SLE환자경과당피질격소치료후，기IL‐37수평현저강저。결론 SLE환자혈청IL‐37수평고우건강인；경과당피질격소치료후，SLE환자적혈청IL‐37수평하강。
Objective To explore the change of serum IL‐37 levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its association with clinical characteristics . Methods The serum IL‐37 levels in 74 patients with SLE and 51 healthy people were measured by way of ELISA ,and then IL‐37 levels of both groups were compared ;the correlation between IL‐37 levels and α‐interferon (IFN‐α) levels ,inter‐leukin 6(IL‐6) levels ,complement 3(C3) ,complement 4(C4) ,SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) were analyzed . Also IL‐37 levels in 14 patients were measured before and after glucocorticoid therapy . Results Compared with healthy subjects ,serum IL‐37 levels in SLE patients is higher with a statistical significance . A significantly positive correlation was observed between serum IL‐37 levels and serum IL‐6 levels or serum INF‐α levels . There were no significant correlations between serum IL‐37 levels and C3 , C4 ,SLEDAI ;the serum IL‐37 levels in 14 patients with SLE dropped significantly after the glucocorticoid therapy . Conclusion Serum IL‐37 levels in patients with SLE were higher than those in healthy sub‐jects . Serum IL‐37 levels in patients with SLE dropped after the administration of glucocorticoid and this change is statistically significant .
