为了选育优良的三叶草品种,对高加索三叶草、白三叶及其10个F1代株系种子的颜色、大小、千粒重、发芽率及出苗率进行了比较分析。结果表明,供试材料种子各指标间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),10个F1代株系种子特征都与母本高加索三叶草相似,与父本白三叶的差异均较大。
為瞭選育優良的三葉草品種,對高加索三葉草、白三葉及其10箇F1代株繫種子的顏色、大小、韆粒重、髮芽率及齣苗率進行瞭比較分析。結果錶明,供試材料種子各指標間均存在顯著差異(P<0.05),10箇F1代株繫種子特徵都與母本高加索三葉草相似,與父本白三葉的差異均較大。
위료선육우량적삼협초품충,대고가색삼협초、백삼협급기10개F1대주계충자적안색、대소、천립중、발아솔급출묘솔진행료비교분석。결과표명,공시재료충자각지표간균존재현저차이(P<0.05),10개F1대주계충자특정도여모본고가색삼협초상사,여부본백삼협적차이균교대。
In order to select and breed fine varieties of Trifolium strains, the seed color, seed size, thousand seed weight, germination rate and seedling emergence of Trifolium ambiguum Bieb., Trifolium repens L. and their ten F1 strains were compared and analyzed in this study. The results showed that significant differences were observed in all of the tested index of the among all tested materials (P<0.05). The seed characteristics of ten F1 strain were similar to those of female parent Trifolium ambiguum Bieb., and had great differences with those of male parent Trifolium repens L..
