Bio-Paper%Tonsillectomy by dissection%Hemostasis
目的 研究可吸收止血膜在扁桃体剥离手术中应用的止血效果.方法 126例行扁桃体手术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,双极电凝止血后表面覆盖止血膜止血者为研究组,单纯使用双极电凝止血者为对照组.手术中记录出血停止时间和出血量,术后观察扁桃体窝有无继发性出血,白膜形成时间及白膜生长情况,并进行比较分析.结果 使用可吸收止血膜创面止血时间为(65.2±23.6)s,出血量为(5.9±4.7)g,即刻止血效果比对照组明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后白膜形成时间为7~11h,且生长情况明显优于对照组.结论 可吸收止血膜对扁桃体手术创面止血及促进创面愈合具有较好作用,具有良好的安全性.

목적 연구가흡수지혈막재편도체박리수술중응용적지혈효과.방법 126례행편도체수술적환자수궤분위연구조화대조조,쌍겁전응지혈후표면복개지혈막지혈자위연구조,단순사용쌍겁전응지혈자위대조조.수술중기록출혈정지시간화출혈량,술후관찰편도체와유무계발성출혈,백막형성시간급백막생장정황,병진행비교분석.결과 사용가흡수지혈막창면지혈시간위(65.2±23.6)s,출혈량위(5.9±4.7)g,즉각지혈효과비대조조명현,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).술후백막형성시간위7~11h,차생장정황명현우우대조조.결론 가흡수지혈막대편도체수술창면지혈급촉진창면유합구유교호작용,구유량호적안전성.
Objective To study hemostatic effect of Bio-Paper in tonsillectomy by dissection.Methods 126 patients undergoing tonsillectomy by dissection were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group received Bio-Paper after bipolar coagulation hemostasis,while control group simply received bipolar coagulation hemostasis.Recorded haemorrhage time and the amount of bleeding during the operation,observed whether there was secondary hemorrhage of tonsil after operation,formation time and growth situation of tunica albuginea.Results Wound surface haemorrhage time in study group was (65.2±23.6)s,the amount of bleeding was (5.9±4.7)g,better than those in control group (P<0.05).Formation time of tunica albuginea was 7-11 hours,growth situation was better than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-Paper has good effect in wound surface hemostasis and wound healing during tonsillectomy by dissection,with better security.
