目的 探讨延迟增强MRI对基质诱导自体膝关节软骨移植术的临床评估效果.方法 随机选取我院2012年1月至2014年2月期间收治的行自体膝关节软骨移植术患者45例作为实验组,另选取同期软骨损伤患者45例作为对照组,对两组患者进行MRI扫描,对扫描结果进行对比分析.结果 实验组患者术后CR值(0.92±0.08)较术前(1.33±0.15)明显降低,且随着患者病情分级的不断升高,其CR也随之增高(P<0.05);各部位的MRI增强扫描结果明显优于平扫,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对基质诱导自体膝关节软骨移植术患者进行MRI增强扫描,能够为临床诊断提供高质量的膝关节软骨检查图像,同时通过对手术前后软骨强化率进行分析,有助于对手术效果进行有效评估.

목적 탐토연지증강MRI대기질유도자체슬관절연골이식술적림상평고효과.방법 수궤선취아원2012년1월지2014년2월기간수치적행자체슬관절연골이식술환자45례작위실험조,령선취동기연골손상환자45례작위대조조,대량조환자진행MRI소묘,대소묘결과진행대비분석.결과 실험조환자술후CR치(0.92±0.08)교술전(1.33±0.15)명현강저,차수착환자병정분급적불단승고,기CR야수지증고(P<0.05);각부위적MRI증강소묘결과명현우우평소,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 대기질유도자체슬관절연골이식술환자진행MRI증강소묘,능구위림상진단제공고질량적슬관절연골검사도상,동시통과대수술전후연골강화솔진행분석,유조우대수술효과진행유효평고.
Objective To investigate the clinical evaluation of delayed-enhanced MRI in matrix induced autologous knee joint cartilage transplantation.Methods 45 patients undergoing matrix induced autologous knee joint cartilage transplantation in our hospital from January 2012 and February 2014 were randomly selected as experimental group,45 cases of cartilage injury in the same period were selected as control group.Both two groups took MRI scan,with scan results compared.Results CR value after surgery in experimental group was significantly lower than that before surgery [(0.92±0.08) vs.(1.33±0.15)],and CR value increased as the classification of patients' condition rose (P<0.05);scan results of delayed-enhanced MRI in each part were significantly better than those of nonenhanced scan,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Delayed-enhanced MRI in patients undergoing matrix induced autologous knee joint cartilage transplantation can offer high-quality images of knee cartilage checking for clinical diagnosis;enhanced rate of cartilage before and after surgery were analyzed to effectively evaluate clinical effect.
