目的探讨采用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶对功能性消化不良进行治疗的临床效果.方法随机选取我院2011年3月至2014年4月期间收治的功能性消化不良患者256例,按照给药方法的不同,将所选取的患者分配为实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者单纯采用多潘立酮进行治疗,实验组患者在对照组的给药基础上加用复方消化酶进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果实验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者(P＜0.05),且两组患者不良反应的发生情况无明显差异(P＞ 0.05).结论采用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶对功能性消化不良患者进行治疗,疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of domperidone combined with compound digestive enzymes in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 256 cases of functional dyspepsia in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2014 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different administration methods.Control group received domperidone,and experimental group received compound digestive enzymes on the basis of control group.Compared clinical outcomes of two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group (P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Domperidone combined with compound digestive enzymes in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has a good effect,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
