目的 探讨神经外科手术患者应用右美托咪定对全身麻醉后苏醒期躁动(EA)的相关影响.方法 本次选取神经外科手术患者80例,均为我院2013年7月至2014年9月收治,随机分组,就常规麻醉诱导及术中处理(对照组,n=40)与围麻醉期加用右美托咪啶(观察组,n=40)效果展开对比.结果 观察组血压、心率在吸痰时、管道拔除前、管道拔除后5 min与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).呼吸恢复、唤醒、管道拔除时间两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组躁动率为15%,遗忘率为67.5%,对照组分别为82.5%、27.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 神经外科手术患者加用右美托咪定,可降低全麻后苏醒期躁动率,保障手术顺利实施,具有非常积极的应用价值.

Objective To investigate the influence of dexmedetomidine on the occurrence of emergence agitation after general anesthesia in neurosurgery patients.Methods 80 neurosurgery patients in our hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Control group received conventional anesthesia induction and intraoperative treatment,and observation group received dexmedetomidine during anesthesia on the basis of control group.Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in blood pressure and heart rate when aspirating sputum,before removing the tube and 5 min after removing the tube between two groups (P<0.05),no statistically significant differences in the time of breath recovery,arousing and removing the tube (P>0.05).The restlessness rate of observation group was 15 %,the forgetting rate was 67.5%,those of control group were 82.5% and 27.5% respectively,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine for neurosurgery patients can reduce the rate of emergence agitation after general anesthesia,and ensure smooth implementation of the operation,which has a very positive application value.
