目的 探究加压钢板切开复位内固定治疗肱骨骨折患者的疗效.方法 选取2012年7月至2014年5月在我院接受手术治疗的肱骨干骨折患者78例.用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各39例,对照组采用传统的切开复位内固定术,实验组则采用加压钢板切开复位内固定术.比较两组患者的疗效、并发症情况和手术的基本情况(如手术时间等).结果 实验组患者的疗效评价优良率明显高于对照组,切口长度、术中失血量、住院时间明显低于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者均出现骨不连接、内固定断裂等并发症,实验组患者发生以上并发症的人数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 加压钢板切开复位内固定治疗肱骨骨折患者的疗效较好,适合在临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the efficacy of open reduction internal fixation with pressure plate for patients with humerus fracture.Methods 78 patients with humerus fracture were selected from our hospital from July,2012 to May,2014 for surgical treatment.The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group with random indicator method,39 cases for each group.The control group were treated with traditional open reduction internal fixation and the experimental group open reduction internal fixation with pressure plate.The curative effect,complications,and surgical basic situation,such as operation time,etc were compared between the two groups,Results The excellence rate of curative effect was significantly higher,the incision length significantly shorter,the intraoperative bleeding volume significantly less,and the hospital stay significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).there was no statistical difference in operation time between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Fewer patients occurred not-connected bone or breakage of internal fixation in the experimental group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Open reduction internal fixation with pressure plate for patients with humerus fracture is effective and worth being clinically generalized.
