目的 探讨丝裂霉素热灌注化疗治疗膀胱癌的不良反应并建立其监测与护理模式.方法 收集125例术后丝裂霉素热灌注化疗的膀胱癌病例,监测化疗期间的不良反应,制定其分类、等级、预警值,开发不良反应的监测程序并建立相应的护理制度.结果 不良反应主要有膀胱疼痛(32.0%)、尿频尿急感(20.8%)、恶心呕吐(15.2%)、腹泻腹痛(8.0%)等.根据不良反应的分布,建立监测表,设定不良反应的等级(1~3级)、预警值和相应的护理干预程序.结论 建立膀胱癌丝裂霉素热灌注化疗不良反应的护理监测模式,使不良反应的监测和护理具有较好的操作性和实效性.
目的 探討絲裂黴素熱灌註化療治療膀胱癌的不良反應併建立其鑑測與護理模式.方法 收集125例術後絲裂黴素熱灌註化療的膀胱癌病例,鑑測化療期間的不良反應,製定其分類、等級、預警值,開髮不良反應的鑑測程序併建立相應的護理製度.結果 不良反應主要有膀胱疼痛(32.0%)、尿頻尿急感(20.8%)、噁心嘔吐(15.2%)、腹瀉腹痛(8.0%)等.根據不良反應的分佈,建立鑑測錶,設定不良反應的等級(1~3級)、預警值和相應的護理榦預程序.結論 建立膀胱癌絲裂黴素熱灌註化療不良反應的護理鑑測模式,使不良反應的鑑測和護理具有較好的操作性和實效性.

Objective To explore the adverse reactions of thermal perfusion of mitomycin C for bladder carcinoma and to establish the monitoring and nurse model.Methods 125 patients with bladder carcinoma undergoing thermal perfusion of mitomycin C after the removal of tumors were collected and retrospectively analyzed.The adverse reactions were monitored.The values of classification,grade,and warning were set.The monitoring procedures and corresponding nurse system of adverse reactions Were established.Results The main adverse reactions included bladder pain (32.0%,40/125),frequent urination or feeling a sense of urgency (20.8%,26/125),nausea or vomiting (15.2%,19/125),diarrhea or abdominal pain (8.0%,10/125),etc.Adverse reactions monitoring table was set according its frequency;they were classified and graded(1-3 grades).Warning value and nurse procedures were set.Conclusions The establishment of the monitoring procedures and corresponding nurse system of adverse reactions is practical and effective for thermal perfusion of mitomycin C for bladder carcinoma.
