目的：探究甲状腺癌患者采用手术治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年7月收治的62例甲状腺癌患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组38例患者选择手术治疗，对照组24例患者给予放射治疗，对比效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为92.11％，对照组治疗有效率为83.33％，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论甲状腺癌患者采用手术治疗，能够根除病变组织，而且很少出现并发症，能够减轻病痛，提高生活质量。
목적：탐구갑상선암환자채용수술치료적방법화효과。방법선취2013년4월～2014년7월수치적62례갑상선암환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조38례환자선택수술치료，대조조24례환자급여방사치료，대비효과。결과실험조치료유효솔위92.11％，대조조치료유효솔위83.33％，P＜0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론갑상선암환자채용수술치료，능구근제병변조직，이차흔소출현병발증，능구감경병통，제고생활질량。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of patients with thyroid cancer with surgery treatment.Methods Selected 62 thyroid cancer patients from 2013 April to 2014 July in hospital and randomly divided into two groups ,38 patients in study group are given surgery treatment, while 24 patients in control group are given chemotherapy treatment, compared treatment effects between two groups.Results Treatment efifcacy in study group is up to 92.11%, while treatment efifcacy in control group is 83.33%,the different has satisfaction (P<0.05).ConclusionSurgery is efifcacy in treatment of thyroid cancer, it is conducive to eradicating lesions, relieving illness pain and improving patients’ quality of life with few complications.
