目的：分析研究股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗效果。方法随机选取2012年7月～2014年7月本院接诊的22例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均进行手术治疗。结果所患者股骨干骨折愈合良好，未有患者出现内固定断裂、感染现象。1例股骨颈骨折不愈合，后发生股骨头坏死。结论手术治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折临床效果较为理想，但需注意内固定材料的选取以及操作的规范性。
목적：분석연구고골간골절합병동측고골경골절적수술치료효과。방법수궤선취2012년7월～2014년7월본원접진적22례고골간골절합병동측고골경골절환자작위연구대상，소유환자균진행수술치료。결과소환자고골간골절유합량호，미유환자출현내고정단렬、감염현상。1례고골경골절불유합，후발생고골두배사。결론수술치료고골간골절합병동측고골경골절림상효과교위이상，단수주의내고정재료적선취이급조작적규범성。
Objective To study and analyze the surgical treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture.Methods Randomly select 22 cases of patients with femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture in July 2012 to 2014 July for the study, and gave all patients surgical treatment. Results The patients with femoral shaft fractures healed well, with no fracture ifxation and infection phenomenon. One case of femoral neck nonunion after femoral head got necrosis. Conclusion Clinical effect of surgical treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture is more ideal, but need to select proper materials and normative operation.
