目的：探讨多次性与一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析90例慢性根尖周炎患者分别给予一次性和多次性根管治疗的临床资料。结果两组治疗成功率无显著差异，观察组疼痛缓解时间少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论一次性根管治疗疗程短，疼痛轻。

목적：탐토다차성여일차성근관치료만성근첨주염적림상료효。방법회고성분석90례만성근첨주염환자분별급여일차성화다차성근관치료적림상자료。결과량조치료성공솔무현저차이，관찰조동통완해시간소우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론일차성근관치료료정단，동통경。
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the multiple root canal and root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis clinical data of 90 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis patients were given once or more times of root canal therapy.ResultsThe success rate of treatment in the two groups had no significant difference, the observation group pain relief time less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Disposable root canal treatment period is short and light pain.
