目的：通过一例以颈部肿物为首发症状的梅毒患者的个案报道为临床确诊颈部肿物提供参考。方法通过文献复习分析咽梅毒的诊断方法，探讨该病的治疗。结果耳鼻咽喉是梅毒在性器官以外常见的发病部位，耳鼻喉科医生对此病的认识不足，临床上容易漏诊或误诊。结论临床接诊颈部肿物患者时要认真思考，并且根据病史，体格检查，实验室检查及特殊检查方可做出明确诊断。

목적：통과일례이경부종물위수발증상적매독환자적개안보도위림상학진경부종물제공삼고。방법통과문헌복습분석인매독적진단방법，탐토해병적치료。결과이비인후시매독재성기관이외상견적발병부위，이비후과의생대차병적인식불족，림상상용역루진혹오진。결론림상접진경부종물환자시요인진사고，병차근거병사，체격검사，실험실검사급특수검사방가주출명학진단。
Objective The case of the neck tumor cases the ifrst symptom of syphilis reported to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of neck masses.Methods The literature review analysis pharyngeal syphilis diagnostic methods to explore the treatment of the disease.Results Otolaryngology syphilis common anatomical site outside the genitals, lack of awareness of the disease otolaryngologist, clinical easily missed or misdiagnosed.ConclusionThe clinical admissions neck tumor patients should seriously consider, and make a diagnosis based on history, physical examination, laboratory tests and special examinations only.
