目的：探讨2型糖尿病高龄患者实施整体护理的效果。方法将2013年7月～2014年7月期间我院就诊的80例2型糖尿病高龄患者随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各40例。对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予整体护理干预。最后比较两组患者对服务的满意度，空腹血糖控制及用药依从性。结果经过整体护理的干预后，实验组患者的满意度，空腹血糖控制及用药依从性均优于对照组患者，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论将整体护理干预应用到2型糖尿病高龄患者的护理中效果显著，有效的改善了患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병고령환자실시정체호리적효과。방법장2013년7월～2014년7월기간아원취진적80례2형당뇨병고령환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조각40례。대조조환자접수상규호리，실험조환자재상규호리적기출상급여정체호리간예。최후비교량조환자대복무적만의도，공복혈당공제급용약의종성。결과경과정체호리적간예후，실험조환자적만의도，공복혈당공제급용약의종성균우우대조조환자，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론장정체호리간예응용도2형당뇨병고령환자적호리중효과현저，유효적개선료환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the implementation of holistic nursing care in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes effect.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 were randomly divided two groups as control group and the experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group of patients were received regular nursing, the patients in the experimental group were received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Finally, patient’s satisfaction, fasting blood glucose control and medication compliance of two groups was compared. Results After the holistic nursing care intervention, patients ’satisfaction, fasting blood glucose control and medication compliance in the experimental group was better than the control group of patients, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole nursing intervention application to the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is effective and can improve the quality of life of patients.
