目的:建立甲硝唑中空泡腾栓的制备及质量控制方法。方法用36型混合脂肪酸酯作基质制备甲硝唑中空泡腾栓;采用紫外分光光度法测定甲硝唑的含量。结果甲硝唑质量浓度的线性范围为1.5~15μg/ml ,平均回收率为99.44%(RSD =1.08%),精密度为0.89%。结论本方法设计合理,工艺可行,质量检查符合有关规定。
目的:建立甲硝唑中空泡騰栓的製備及質量控製方法。方法用36型混閤脂肪痠酯作基質製備甲硝唑中空泡騰栓;採用紫外分光光度法測定甲硝唑的含量。結果甲硝唑質量濃度的線性範圍為1.5~15μg/ml ,平均迴收率為99.44%(RSD =1.08%),精密度為0.89%。結論本方法設計閤理,工藝可行,質量檢查符閤有關規定。
목적:건립갑초서중공포등전적제비급질량공제방법。방법용36형혼합지방산지작기질제비갑초서중공포등전;채용자외분광광도법측정갑초서적함량。결과갑초서질량농도적선성범위위1.5~15μg/ml ,평균회수솔위99.44%(RSD =1.08%),정밀도위0.89%。결론본방법설계합리,공예가행,질량검사부합유관규정。
Objective To establish the preparation technic and method of quality control of metronidazole hollow effervescent suppository .Methods 36‐9type mixed fatty glyceride was used as the base and the content of metronidazole was determined by UV‐spectrophotometry .Results The linear range of metronidazole was 1.5 ~ 15 μg /ml ,the average recovery rate was 99.44%(RSD = 1.08% )and RSD was 0.89% .Conclusion This method has a sound design and feasible technology and the examination of metronidazole hollow effervescent suppository met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia .
