目的：探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法抽取该院2013年11月～2014年11月收治的冠心病患者56例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各28例，观察组患者采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗，对照组采用曲美他嗪进行治疗，经过4周的治疗，分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.43%，高于对照组82.14%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效显著，治疗疗效明显优于单用曲美他嗪组。
목적：탐토아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료관심병적림상료효。방법추취해원2013년11월～2014년11월수치적관심병환자56례，장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각28례，관찰조환자채용아탁벌타정연합곡미타진진행치료，대조조채용곡미타진진행치료，경과4주적치료，분석비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조치료총유효솔96.43%，고우대조조82.14%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료관심병림상료효현저，치료료효명현우우단용곡미타진조。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Selected 56 patients with coronary heart disease from 2013 November to 2014 in November in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group, the observation group were treated by Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine treatment, the control group using trimetazidine treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, clinical analysis to compare the effects of two groups of patients.Results In the observation group total effective rate 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group (82.14%), the difference was statistically signiifcant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease curative effect, curative effect is better than the single use of trimetazidine group.
