目的：探讨颈椎病合并糖尿病患者胶原酶治疗护理干预方法，并分析其效果。方法将2013年1月至2014年5月我科收治的颈椎病伴糖尿病患者60例随机分成实验组和对照组各30例。对照组行胶原酶治疗常规护理，实验组在此基础上增加控制血糖的护理干预。比较两组患者血糖控制情况、住院时间及患者满意度情况。结果实验组治疗前、后血糖低于对照组（P＜0.01）；住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.01）；满意度高于对照组。结论有效的护理干预，如饮食、心理护理等，有利于患者血糖控制，缩短住院时间，提高患者满意度，对于颈椎病合并糖尿病行胶原酶治疗的患者，是一种必不可少的干预方式。
목적：탐토경추병합병당뇨병환자효원매치료호리간예방법，병분석기효과。방법장2013년1월지2014년5월아과수치적경추병반당뇨병환자60례수궤분성실험조화대조조각30례。대조조행효원매치료상규호리，실험조재차기출상증가공제혈당적호리간예。비교량조환자혈당공제정황、주원시간급환자만의도정황。결과실험조치료전、후혈당저우대조조（P＜0.01）；주원시간단우대조조（P＜0.01）；만의도고우대조조。결론유효적호리간예，여음식、심리호리등，유리우환자혈당공제，축단주원시간，제고환자만의도，대우경추병합병당뇨병행효원매치료적환자，시일충필불가소적간예방식。
Objective To investigate the treatment of collagenase of diabetes mellitus complicated with the method of nursing intervention of cervical spondylosis ,and analysis of its effect .Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group in 2013 January ‐2014 year in May in our hospital from cervical vertebra disease in patients with diabetes ,the control group underwent collagenase in the treatment of routine nursing ,nursing intervention to control blood glucose increased in the experimental group on the basis of .Compared two groups of patients with blood sugar control ,hospitalization time and patient satisfaction .Results in the experimental group before and after treatment ,blood glu‐cose was lower than the control group (P< 0.01) ;hospitalization time was shorter than the control group (P< 0.01) ;satisfac‐tion is higher than in the control group (P< 0.01) .Conclusion the effective nursing intervention ,such as diet ,mental nursing , and help the patientsblood glucosecontrol ,shorten the hospitalization time ,improve the satisfaction of patients ,for patients with cervical vertebra disease complicated with diabetes underwent collagenase treatment ,is a necessary intervention .
