目的：探讨优质护理干预应用于支气管哮喘患儿的效果。方法以120例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行优质护理，对比两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，症状消失时间短于对照组；两组护理干预后肺功能均有所改善，且观察组改善程度更加明显，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在支气管哮喘患儿治疗中予以优质护理干预，可改善患儿肺功能，提高治疗总有效率，且症状消失较快。

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing intervention in the children with bronchial asthma effect.Methods120 cases of bronchial asthma in children as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group for quality care. Compare treatment effect, the symptoms disappeared time and lung function improvement of two groups.Results In the observation group total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, the symptoms disappear time was shorter than the control group, the two group received nursing intervention on pulmonary function was improved, and the observation group improved more obviously (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma can improve lung function in patients and the total efifciency of treatment, and the symptoms disappeared rapidly.
