目的：调查分析影响老年糖尿病患者健康素养与治疗依从性的相关性，为老年糖尿病管理提供基础资料。方法：采用便利抽样方法对335例60岁及以上被确诊为糖尿病的患者健康素养和治疗依从性进行问卷调查。结果：延吉市老年糖尿病患者健康素养总得分为（173.56±63.18）分，22.39%的研究对象属于健康素养缺乏，67.46%的研究对象属于健康素养充足；老年糖尿病患者总体健康素养与服药依从性、遵医依从性、健康行为依从性呈正相关（P ＜0.01）；教育程度、年龄、婚姻状况及性别是健康素养的主要影响因素，有无保险、婚姻状况、教育等级、病程及健康素养水平是影响治疗依从性的主要因素。结论：老年糖尿病患者健康素养水平越高，其治疗依从性越好。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the correlation between health literacy and treatment compliance in elderly patients with diabetes in order to provide basic data for the management of diabetic patients. Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 335 diagnosed diabetic patients over 60 years on health literacy and treatment compliance. Results:The total scores of health lit-eracy in elderly diabetic patients in Yanji city were 173. 56 + 63. 18 points,22. 39% of the patients lack of health literacy and 67. 46%of them are adequate in health literacy. The health literacy of the elderly patients was positively correlated with medication compliance, treatment compliance and behavior compliance(P < 0. 01);the main factors influencing the treatment compliance were the level of educa-tion,age,marital status and gender;the status of insurance,marital status,education level,course of disease and the level of health literacy were the main influencing factors of treatment compliance. Conclusion:The higher the level of health literacy of elderly patients is,the bet-ter the treatment compliance is.
