目的:探讨自我效能干预在抑郁症合并高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将60例抑郁症合并高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,在药物治疗的基础上,对照组进行常规健康教育,实验组用自我效能理论进行健康教育。分别于入院时和治疗4周后对两组的服药依从性及降压效果、汉密顿抑郁量表(HRSD)和生活质量综合问卷(GQOL1-74)的分值进行比较。结果:实验组4周后的服药依从性及 GQOL1-74分值高于对照组(P <0.05),HRSD 评分低于对照组(P <0.01),血压控制优于对照组(P <0.01)。结论:对抑郁症合并高血压患者应用自我效能干预进行健康教育可明显提高患者的服药依从性,改善患者的抑郁症状和降压效果,还能明显提高患者的生活质量。

목적:탐토자아효능간예재억욱증합병고혈압환자건강교육중적응용효과。방법:장60례억욱증합병고혈압환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각30례,재약물치료적기출상,대조조진행상규건강교육,실험조용자아효능이론진행건강교육。분별우입원시화치료4주후대량조적복약의종성급강압효과、한밀돈억욱량표(HRSD)화생활질량종합문권(GQOL1-74)적분치진행비교。결과:실험조4주후적복약의종성급 GQOL1-74분치고우대조조(P <0.05),HRSD 평분저우대조조(P <0.01),혈압공제우우대조조(P <0.01)。결론:대억욱증합병고혈압환자응용자아효능간예진행건강교육가명현제고환자적복약의종성,개선환자적억욱증상화강압효과,환능명현제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the application effect of self - efficacy intervention in health education to patients with depression com-plicated with hypertension. Methods:60 patients with depression complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 cases in each group). On the basis of drug treatment,the patients in the control group received convention-al health education and the self - efficacy theory was adopted to conduct health education to the patients in the experimental group. The medication compliance,antihypertensive effect,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale and GQOL1 - 74 were assessed in the two groups respectively at admission and after treatment for 4 weeks. Results:The medication compliance and the score of GQOL1 - 74 was better and higher in the experimental group than the control group after treatment for 4 weeks(P < 0. 05);the score of Hamilton Depression Scale was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 01);the blood pressure control is better in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The self - efficacy intervention used in the health education to patients with depression complicated with hypertension can improve the medication compliance of the patients,relieve the patient's symptoms of depression,enhance antihyper-tensive effect and can significantly improve the patient's quality of life.
