我国的刑事审判陪审员制度一直被称为司法的“诟病”，通过对我国刑事审判陪审员制度现状的分析，指出我国刑事审判陪审员制度的立法现状和实践现状，提出完善我国刑事审判陪审员制度的建议。

The criminal trial jury system in China has been called " denouncement" of justice,the actual state of legislation in the criminal trial jury system and its practice,based on the analysis of the present situation of crim-inal trial jury system in China,is briefly stated in this paper,and some suggestions of perfecting our countryˊs crim-inal trial jury system are also put forward.
