目的:探对综合护理干预应用于慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡治疗中的临床效果进行探究。方法2013年5月~2014年11月,我院收治的慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者90例,通过抽签法将其平均分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),实验组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,对实验组患者与对照组患者的护理满意度以及护理应用的效果和价值进行观察和分析。结果实验组45例患者护理后的总有效率明显优于对照组患者的总有效率,因此存在明显差异性(P<0.05)具有可比性。结论对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者采用综合护理干预能够有效的缓解患者的临床症状,并且护理效果也显著提升。

목적:탐대종합호리간예응용우만성위염급소화성궤양치료중적림상효과진행탐구。방법2013년5월~2014년11월,아원수치적만성위염급소화성궤양환자90례,통과추첨법장기평균분위실험조(n=45)화대조조(n=45),실험조채용종합호리간예,대조조채용상규호리,대실험조환자여대조조환자적호리만의도이급호리응용적효과화개치진행관찰화분석。결과실험조45례환자호리후적총유효솔명현우우대조조환자적총유효솔,인차존재명현차이성(P<0.05)구유가비성。결론대만성위염급소화성궤양환자채용종합호리간예능구유효적완해환자적림상증상,병차호리효과야현저제승。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain urology.Methods From May 2013 to November 2014, 90 cases of patients in our hospital with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, through the draw method were divided into experimental group (n=45) and the control group (n=45), the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention the control group with the conventional nursing. The effect and value and the patients' satisfaction of nursing care application in experimental group and control group were observed and analyzed.ResultsThe experimental group 45 cases patients after nursing in total efifciency rate was better than the control group with obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and nursing effect is signiifcantly increased, which has the vital signiifcance in clinical medicine and is worth promoting.
