目的：观察舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法对2013年11月～2014年11月我院老年慢性心力衰竭38例，根据护理方式不同进行分组。研究组共19例，护理方式是舒适护理；对照组共19例，护理方式是常规护理。观察两组效果，并比较分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组住院天数较短（P＜0.05），护理满意度较高（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中有较大应用价值。
목적：관찰서괄호리재노년만성심력쇠갈환자호리중적응용효과。방법대2013년11월～2014년11월아원노년만성심력쇠갈38례，근거호리방식불동진행분조。연구조공19례，호리방식시서괄호리；대조조공19례，호리방식시상규호리。관찰량조효과，병비교분석。결과여대조조상비，연구조주원천수교단（P＜0.05），호리만의도교고（P＜0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론서괄호리재노년만성심력쇠갈환자중유교대응용개치。
Objective Observe comfort nursing effect of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Choose 38 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were received and treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and divide them into two groups according to different nursing methods, 19 patients in study group were given comfort nursing, while 19 patients in control group were given conventional nursing, and then nursing effects between two groups was observed and compared. Results Compared to control group, patients’ hospitalization days were less (P<0.05) and rate of patients’ satisfaction with treatment was much higher (P<0.05) in study group, there was a treatment differential between two groups.ConclusionComfort nursing is of application value in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
