采用文献计量学与统计学方法,以国家知识产权局专利数据库为平台,检索2004—2013年河北省申请的农业专利信息。从专利数量、类型、专利领域分布、专利申请主体等方面分析了河北省农业科技自主创新能力现状,并在此基础上,提出了提高农业自主创新能力的对策。
採用文獻計量學與統計學方法,以國傢知識產權跼專利數據庫為平檯,檢索2004—2013年河北省申請的農業專利信息。從專利數量、類型、專利領域分佈、專利申請主體等方麵分析瞭河北省農業科技自主創新能力現狀,併在此基礎上,提齣瞭提高農業自主創新能力的對策。

By means of literature metrology and statistics method, with the database of the State Intellectual Property Office patents as the platform, retrieval of Hebei province to apply for 2004—2013 years of agricultural patent information. From the number of patents, patent field types, distribution, patent application subject analysis of the Hebei agricultural science and technology independent innovation ability present situation, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for improv-ing agricultural independent innovation ability.
