对接产业链、培育专业群，对于职业院校深度融入产业、优化资源配置、打造特色品牌、实现集约化经营等具有重要意义。湖南汽车工程职业学院从核心专业群建设、课程体系构建、实训条件共建、教学团队打造、教学资源共享五个方面紧密对接汽车产业，培育汽车专业群，实现了较好发展。

Connection with industrial chain and cultivation of professional groups is of great significance for vocation -al colleges to integrate with industries deeply ,optimize allocation of resources ,build characteristic brands and realize intensive management .This thesis takes Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College for example ,elaborated the construction of connection with industrial chain and cultivation of professional groups from five aspects ,such as the construction of core professional groups , curriculum system , training conditions , teaching staff and teaching re-sources,and puts forward some suggestions for establishment principles ,implementation steps and basic thoughts of professional groups .
