从公路煤炭物流的角度，阐述了山西省目前在煤炭运输过程中存在的优势与劣势。针对交通不畅、运力浪费严重、信息滞后及政策缺陷等存在的问题，从山西公路煤炭物流发展战略的高度，给出了政府应该加强政策支持、完善物流设施建设、推动现代煤炭物流体系发展等策略，以期促进山西煤炭物流产业的快速发展。

This paper from the logistics point, elaborated the Shanxi province currently exist in the coal transportation advan-tages and disadvantages in the process of. In view of the existing transportation glitches, serious waste, information lag, Poli-cy Defects and other problems, the development strategy of Shanxi logistics level, it is suggest the government should strengthen policy support given, improve the logistics infrastructure construction, promote the development of the modern coal logistics system strategy, in order to promote the rapid development of Shanxi coal logistics industry.
