目的：探讨血清内脂素（visfatin）、C 反应蛋白（CRP）水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系，评估预测颈动脉粥样硬化严重程度及缺血性脑血管病事件发生的临床价值。方法选取急性颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者52例（病例组 A 组），根据颈动脉彩超检查分为稳定斑块组（A1组）22例、不稳定斑块组（A2组）30例；选取年龄及性别构成与病例组相匹配的健康体检者30例（对照组 B 组）。两组均测定血清 visfatin 、CRP（超敏）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL ）、空腹血糖（FPG）水平。结果血清visfatin 、CRP 水平 A 组高于 B 组，A2组高于 A1组。结论血清 visfatin 、CRP 水平增高提示颈动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性增加。
목적：탐토혈청내지소（visfatin）、C 반응단백（CRP）수평여경동맥죽양경화반괴은정성적관계，평고예측경동맥죽양경화엄중정도급결혈성뇌혈관병사건발생적림상개치。방법선취급성경내동맥계통뇌경사환자52례（병례조 A 조），근거경동맥채초검사분위은정반괴조（A1조）22례、불은정반괴조（A2조）30례；선취년령급성별구성여병례조상필배적건강체검자30례（대조조 B 조）。량조균측정혈청 visfatin 、CRP（초민）、저밀도지단백（LDL ）、공복혈당（FPG）수평。결과혈청visfatin 、CRP 수평 A 조고우 B 조，A2조고우 A1조。결론혈청 visfatin 、CRP 수평증고제시경동맥죽양경화반괴불은정성증가。
Objective This study was designed to investigate relationships between the level of serum visfatin ,CRP and sta‐bility of carotid atherosclerosis plaque and evaluate the clinical value of serum visfatin ,CRP to predict the severity of carotid atherosclerosis and ischemic cerebrovasc‐ular disease .Methods The case group(group A )were 52 cases with cerebral infarc‐tions of acute internal carotid system .Group A was divided into stable plaque group (group A1 ,22 cases) and unstable plaque group (group A2 ,30 cases) according to the carotid artery ultrasonography .30 subjects matched by age and gender who made health examination in the hospital served as controls .The two groups were measured the level of serum visfatin ,CRP ,low den‐sity lipoprotein (LDL) ,fasting plasma glucose (FPG) .Results The level of serum visfatin ,CRP of group A was higher than that of group B and the level was higher of group A 2 than that of group A1 .Conclusion The increasing of serum visfatin ,CRP level suggested the increasing of instability of carotid atherosclerosis plaque .
