对曲柄轴加工工艺进行分析,通过分析曲柄轴的结构,确定车削曲柄轴的工艺,查表计算出加工过程中各个工序的切削用量值,制定出加工工艺卡片,用AutoCAD绘制了零件图,并制造出实物。最后利用合适的夹具加工一批零件进行加工精度误差分析。

This paper carries on the analysis to the crank shaft processing technology to determine the crank shaft processing route, through the analysis of the structure of the crank shaft, determine the process of turning the crank shaft, the look-up table to calculate the cutting amount of each procedure in the manufacturing process, develop the machining process card, us-ing Auto CAD to draw the part drawing, and create real. Finally, using a suitable fixture process a batch of parts machining accuracy analysis.
