针对航天产品工装设计周期不断缩短,工装研制要求不断严格的问题,提出一种工装数字样机成熟度评估方法。通过分析工装数字样机关键评估指标,建立工装数字样机成熟度评估体系,结合主观专家赋值法和客观信息熵、层次分析法,考虑产品成熟度对工装的影响,得到更加准确合理的工装成熟度数值,有效评估工装的数字样机模型。结合实例,对该模型和算法进行验证,验证结果表明了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。

Aiming at the problems of the shorter design period for aerospace products process equipment and the development re-quirement of process equipment,a digital prototype maturity assessment method was presented.By analyzing the key evaluation index of the process equipment digital prototype,the maturity evaluation index system was established.The obj ective informa-tion entropy mode,AHP mode,and the subj ective expert assignment mode were combined.Considering the impact of product maturity,more accurate and reasonable process equipment maturity method was proposed.Example verification demonstrates the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
