为定性、定量和可视化地研究分析气候要素的变化特征,设计和开发一个基于Java Web和WebGIS的地面气候资料查询与分析系统。整合Struts、Spring和Hibernate (SSH)框架技术实现易维护和易扩展的目的,使用ArcGIS for Ser-ver作为GIS服务器提供完善的空间分析功能,使用Oracle数据库存储空间和非空间数据保障数据的安全,重采样服务器的响应结果实现在浏览器端的快速可视化,采用表格、图形和空间地图3种方式来显示查询和分析的结果以满足用户的不同需求。实例测试结果表明,该系统可以快速地响应用户的请求,准确高效地返回处理结果。

To research and analyze the variation characteristics of climatic elements more qualitatively,quantitatively,and visual-ly,a query and analysis system based on Java Web and WebGIS for ground climatic data was designed and implemented.Struts, Spring,and Hibernate frameworks (SSH)were integrated in the system to achieve the purpose of easy maintenance and expan-sion.ArcGIS for Server was selected as the GIS server,thereby many perfect functions of spatial analysis were provided.Oracle database was used to stored spatial data and non-spatial data to ensure data security.The result data of the server’s response were resampled to implement rapid visualization in the browser.To meet the different needs of users,the results of query and analysis were demonstrated in the browser in three ways including tables,graphs and maps.Finally,the success of practice veri-fies that the system can quickly respond user’s request,and return processing results accurately and efficiently.
