目的：研究探讨心肌肌钙蛋白在临床诊断急性心肌梗塞中的应用效果及价值。方法选取我院收治的急性心肌梗塞患者66例作为研究对象，分别对其心肌肌钙蛋白I和肌酸激酶同工酶水平进行检测，并选择50例健康志愿者作相同的检测，比较两组受检者各项指标的差异以及不同指标对急性心肌梗塞的检测阳性率。结果观察组患者的心肌肌钙蛋白I水平和肌酸激酶同工酶水平都高于对照组，而心肌肌钙蛋白I诊断急性心肌梗塞的阳性率高于肌酸激酶同工酶，比较均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论心肌肌钙蛋白能有效诊断急性心肌梗塞。

Objective To Explore the effect of acute myocardial infarction diagnosis with myocardial troponin in clinical.Methods Selected 66 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction as the research object in our hospital, Testing the level of myocardial troponin I and creatine kinase isozyme, and select 50 cases of healthy volunteers as the same testing, comparing the difference between the two groups of subjects each index and different indicators on the detection positive rate of acute myocardial infarction.ResultsThe observation group of patients with cardiac troponin I levels and creatine kinase isozyme level was significantly higher than that of control group, and cardiac troponin I in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction positive rate was signiifcantly higher than that of creatine kinase isoenzyme, comparison were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionMyocardial troponin is effective diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
