目的：分析在呼吸内科患者的护理中采取心理疏导的护理效果及改善患者负面心理状态的情况。方法搜集50例肺心病患者，对照组给予常规的呼吸内科护理，实验组进行常规护理基础上辅以心理疏导护理。结果实验组患者负面心理状态改善情况较对照组良好，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论增加患者心理疏导护理对患者有很多益处。

Objective To analyze effect of the psychological counseling nursing and improve the nursing effect of negative psychological state of patients in respiratory department of internal medicine.Methods 50 cases of pulmonary heart disease patients were collected, the control group was given routine nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.Results The improvement of the negative psychological status of patients in the experimental group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Increasing the psychological nursing on patients is with a lot of beneifts.
