目的:分析健康教育对老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法搜集2013年10月~2014年10月我院老年糖尿病40例患者,按照护理方法不同进行分组,即甲组与乙组各20例。甲组接受常规护理,乙组在甲组基础上接受健康教育。观察两组效果,并分析对比。结果与甲组相比,乙组知识掌握优良率较高,满意度较高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育对老年糖尿病患者影响较大,应用效果较好。

Objective Inlfuence of health education on elderly patients with diabetes is to be studied.Methods Choose 40 elderly diabetes patients who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and divide them into two groups according to different treatment approaches with 20 patients in each group; patients in group A were given conventional treatment, while patients in group B were given health education in addition to conventional treatment, and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Compared with patients in group A, patients’ mastery of health knowledge in group B was much better (P<0.05), besides, patients’ satisfaction rate in group B was much higher (P<0.05), there is a comparison differential between two groups and such a differential is of signiifcance. ConclusionHealth education exerts a great impact on elderly diabetes patients with favorable application effect.
