目的：评价胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的老年重度心力衰竭合并心律失常患者62例，数字随机分为两组，给予对照组常规治疗；研究组则在对照组基础上加用胺碘酮；分析两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后，研究组临床总有效率90.32％，高于对照组临床总有效率77.42％，比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床效果较为显著。
목적：평개알전동치료노년중도심력쇠갈합병심률실상적림상개치。방법선취아원수치적노년중도심력쇠갈합병심률실상환자62례，수자수궤분위량조，급여대조조상규치료；연구조칙재대조조기출상가용알전동；분석량조림상치료효과。결과치료후，연구조림상총유효솔90.32％，고우대조조림상총유효솔77.42％，비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용알전동치료노년중도심력쇠갈합병심률실상적림상효과교위현저。
Objective Evaluation of Amiodarone in the treatment of senile severe heart failure combined with arrhythmia.Methods Selected 62 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure combined arrhythmia in our hospital, separate into two groups randomly, give control group routine treatment,The research group on the basis of combined with Amiodarone.
