目的:探讨传染科临床带教质量的影响因素及对策护。方法选取在我院传染科护理实习生56名,将其作为本组试验的研究对象,采取随机性的方法,将其分为A1组和A2组,每组28名护理实习生,给予A2组护理实习生常规带教管理,给予A1组护理实习生综合性的带教管理方法,比较两组实习生的理论成绩、操作成绩,同时调查患者对两组实习生的护理满意度,并做统计学分析和处理。结果 A1组实习生的理论成绩和操作成绩均较高,与A2组比较,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。同时患者对A1组实习生的满意度较高(92.85%),与A2组(71.42%)比较,χ2=5.269,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论加强对传染科护理实习生的管理,针对传染科临床带教问题采取针对性的措施,能够有效提高临床带教老师自身素质和业务水平,提高传染科临床带教的教学质量。

ObjectiveTo explore affection the quality of clinical teaching in infectious diseases department.MethodsSelected 56 cases nursing interns of infectious department in our hospital, as the research object of this test, randomly divide into A1 group and A2 group, each group of 28 nursing interns, the A2 group used the traditional teaching method, and the A1 group used integrity teaching method, comparative analysis the theory and skill results. At the same time make statistical analysis and processing of nursing satisfaction of patients of two groups of interns,Results Interns theory result and operation result of A1 group were higher, compared with A2 group, the differences had statistically significant (P<0.05). and patient satisfaction of A1 group of interns (92.85%) is higher than A2 group (71.42%), the difference had statistically significant (χ2=5.269,P<0.05). ConclusionTo strengthen the management of infectious department nursing interns, can improve the level of clinical teaching teacher own quality and business effectively.
